PFL

PORTA FUTURO LAZIO is the project of the Lazio Region, public and free, carried out in collaboration with the universities that offers everyone the opportunity to grow professionally, through guidance and training services, to position themselves in the best possible way on the job market. Currently there are 7 open offices, spread throughout the region, which allow all citizens and companies to more easily use the innovative and completely free services for increasing employability provided for in the "PFL" model.

In order to offer the best service to citizens and businesses, PORTA FUTURO LAZIO has completely digitized all operational flows, through the use of a new and completely customized software solution, called smart_empowerment.

The software consists of three operating modules, all integrated with each other, and all 100% web based:

  • Citizen portal: for the job search on the citizen side.
    It allows you to manage personal and personal data (Residence and domicile, Contact details, Citizenship), create and manage CVs, search for job offers and training opportunities, apply for an offer or opportunity, respond to requests for contact from a company; a complex and efficient automatic matching system between offers and CVs makes it easier for citizens to search for offers.
  • Business portal: to search for personnel on the company side.
    It allows you to manage the personal and personal data of the contact person or company representative (Residence and domicile, Contact details, Citizenship), the company or entity data (company name, offices, legal representatives, etc.), enter job offers and / or training that will be visible by all registered citizens, view the curriculum in the PFRU database and contact the profiles most in line with company needs.
  • Workflow (intranet): event management with historicization and traceability of each event. It allows user management, data extraction, candidate and company profiling, insertion of job offers, insertion of training opportunities, application management, general classification of company data.

Smart_empowerment is easily usable by any type of user, as well as makes exclusive use of data systems based on open data (data in XML natively).
