Erasmus without Paper (EWP)
Be Smart joined the experimentation of the "Erasmus Without Paper" project with the Unimi, Unict and Unitus working group.
Erasmus without Paper (EWP) is a project funded by the European Commission and developed by the European University Foundation aimed at creating a network for the exchange of data in a safe and fast way for an easier management of administrative procedures so that most of the Erasmus activities are aimed at increasing the quality of the initiatives, rather than concentrating them on a manual and repetitive workload.
Through EWP it will be possible to:
- manage the administrative workload for students and staff. Students and staff who carry out a mobility project must draw up various documents, with a considerable commitment. EWP will reduce this commitment;
- create public and free digital infrastructures for universities and end users;
- build a network capable of connecting different tools already in use.
The International Mobility module created by Be Smart is able to connect to the EWP network to allow the exchange of data safely using Open Source such as Application Programming Interfaces - API (for data entry and exit).
